Kathryn Terry, an owner and founding partner of Terry & deGraauw Family Law is an esteemed Albuquerque Family Law attorney with over two decades of experience representing clients in various divorce and family law cases. Kathryn serves as an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she has imparted decades of expertise in New Mexico’s property division laws, teaching Community Property to future lawyers for over a decade. Kathryn has developed and teaches the Collaborative Family Law class curriculum annually at the University of New Mexico School of Law. She is a past-President and current member of the New Mexico Collaborative Practice Group.
